Samsung Mail

I've noticed lately that mail I received seems to automatically delete after a few days. I don't want it to.

I use Gmail, but you likely need to open Samsung's email app, and go to it's Settings & Select the email account (if you have more than one), that you are having trouble with, & make sure that "email sync period" is set to "all".

Hi, as adviced by RedDogRabbit, in the mail app open the settings and select the email your'e having a problem with.

Please Select the email sync period and set to all time.
