samsung members app region change

why did my samsung members app change to Spanish... I speak English and I USA... how do I change it back... I want to join the one ui 4 beta

nope still Spanish... I think it happened when I traveled to jamaica and back to USA... it changed when I get to Jamaica but didn't change back for USA. and still hasn't

I'm in the Bahamas. No one speaks Spanish here. But I used a VPN and changed to the United States...still no change. More importantly I'm trying to download the new beta version of one UI 4

I put back the TMobile sim in my phone and Samsung members changed back to englich USA

Ive been having this problem for years, I never traveled, I live in a primarly english speaking country, I got a new device and it is still in spanish.
