I transferred music from Galaxy s10+to Galaxy s23 ultra through smart switch. But It doesn't play lots of music. I downloaded them from my computer to S10+. It works fine but not on s23. Any suggestion?

I found the reason. Not reading wma stuff but mp3 file is okay. So when you rip your cd, change the format to mp3. I got my all music back. Hope this works for you

Hi, the music files which you have transfered from your Galaxy s10+ might not support on Galaxy s23 ultra.

You could try clearing the apps cache in Settings >>  Apps >> Samsung Music >> Storage >> Clear Cache.

If that doesn't work, please download any third party app from play store and convert the music into that format.
