Samsung notes have bug couldn't sync

This bug has been around for a long time
Constantly prompting that it cannot be synchronized and asking whether to keep the two versions of the file or overwrite
My biggest concern is whether it will overwrite my new version of the file with the old version

Did not find a solution

I have tried
1 Re-login to Samsung account
2 Update app to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall
3 Delete the original note and copy it to the newly created note
4 Allow files to be synchronized or backed up, but every time I can’t back up and sync successfully, even if I choose to back upnow

Does anyone have any clues?

i dont think it is a system bug
just my device have this problem

Samsung customer service can't give relevant support
so i post here
see whether anyone have similar situation and give a way to solve this

Herm , so weird😃 haha.

You try this
1. Try use WiFi or Mobile data
2. Please check if your time and date set correctly
3. Have to toggle Sync On in Samsung cloud under Samsung notes
4. Clear Samsung Cloud cache, no worry , data won't loss
5. Try remove your Microsoft one-one and sync again.
6. Try use another email for samsung account
7. Reset all setting , won't delete your phone data.

You try see.

other already try

i cant use another Samsung account
if i switch to another Samsung account (region China) would let Samsung Smartthing don't work well
And I don't wish open more and more Samsung account

And when you call Samsung Caroline, have you ask for remote support ? Maybe there is any wrong setting ? Maybe 😃 Hope this all advise can help to solve your problems

They try their best but can't help now
Only can advice me , go to service center
But due to FMCO, this cant be a good way

After lockdown end
Sure I have to go there
