Any way we can share preview links in shared notes like Google maps link?
I'm trying to plan vacation with my gf and wants to add few spots but it only share maps url. Unlike a preview image like a scrapbook so we both know if it's a resto or attraction etc.
It's understandable! However, most shared note apps (like Google Keep or Samsung Notes) do not automatically generate previews (e.g., an image, name, or description) for shared links like Google Maps URLs. However, here are a few ways to enhance your collaborative vacation planning experience:
Use Google Docs with Embedded Links: Create a Google Doc and paste the Google Maps link. Add a description. You can also include screenshots of the place from Google Maps or reviews.
You can also take screenshots of the locations on Google Maps (e.g., street view, photos, reviews). Add these images along with the URL in your shared notes app.
