Samsung Phone from Taiwan or Hong Kong

Does anyone use the phone from these regions? 

Phones from that regions especially S and Note series equipped with Snapdragon SoC which have better performance from Exynoss SoC.

However, I wonder whether the Samsung Pay on that phones will works in Malaysia?

If I'm not mistaken, Samsung pay is based on region. Only a Malaysian device is compatible with a Malaysian Samsung pay app.
