Hi RickyWolf,

Is that the Samsung reminder is not working on the locked Samsung note?

Please try this and see if it works. Open the saved note > click on the 3 dots > Add to > Reminder.

Hi Helena,
Thank's for your help.
I can add to reminder a locked note. But from the reminder, if I clic on the linked note ( that is locked) , I have to use my fingerprint to open it (that is normal), but then, it returns to the reminder. It does not open the note.

Hi RickyWolf,

That's strange! Have you tried restarting the device and booting into recovery by Wiping cache partition?

Turn off the device > Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key > When the Android logo displays, release all keys.(("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options) > Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.” > Press the Power key to select > Press the Volume down key to highlight > “yes” and press the Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Hi Helena. I did wipe cache partition, then restarted. But no change, sadly.
I think about something now. I've tried to sync my reminders with Microsoft Todo. But doing that, I realise that from Todo tasks, I can not open a Samsung Note liked to that task (reminder). So I've switched back to Samsung Reminder and disconnected it from Microsoft Todo Synchronisation.
Now, from Samsung Reminder, I can open linked Notes that are not locked (as usual), but not the linked notes that are locked.
I think the problem may occured since then.

I also tried to clear cache and data from Reminder app. No change.
