Can not get 5G service from providers, I have a 5G plan and it will not work, it doesn't even show up in mobile networks jut LTE/WCDMA/GSM. I have tried every thing spoke with a Samsung tech did factory reset on phone still nothing. I was finally told from cell providers the S20 series phones need a small firmware update that Samsung has told them they will not be doing or supporting anymore. This is *** as my S20 is a 5G phone and now they will not support this???
My wife and I have the S20+ 5G. She has service with Verizon and I have US Mobile MVNO on Verizon's network. Several months ago our 5G stopped, we only have 4G LTE now.
