It is recommended to use a Samsung-approved screen protector and you can find it on SamsungCanadaparts.com and authorized shops by Samsung like Costco, Staples, Walmart, Bestbuy, Videotron etc...
yes almost all new phones out of the box come with a standard slim screen protector, some phones come with better ones then others. I personally have a note20 ultra for about a month now and am still using the screen protector that came on it so its pretty decent but yes you can take it off and get a new one, just any brand really that makes the correct screen size.
