Samsung s20 screen flickering after One UI 3.1 update

Was wondering if anyone else faced this issue after the recent update for their samsung phones??. Its more of like only occurs from time to time, and it will flickers on part of the screen and the color seems to be abit distorted in terms of colors. Like it switch to normal instead of vivid.

I have flickering background on my S20 Ultra too which is visible only on white background. What could be the issue?

My S20+ did that a few days back, and then it turned all green and white yesterday. I can only use the phone by plugging into the PC via DeX.
