Samsung s20+ white screen

Binili ko ang samsung s20+ ko last year, 3 months after it was launched ( first time kung bumili nang cp nang ganito kamahal) . Then this august bigla nag whitescreen ang s20+, i chat on samsung chat pina soft reset then bumalik sa dati, after 3 days nagwhite screen ulit. Dinala ko sa service center at ang sabi ay lcd daw ang the cost is 13,250 pesos. No choice bayad.
Mukhang hindi sulit ang pagbili ko nang flagship phone kung after a year sira na ang lcd, normal use lang naman ang gamit. Imagine nasira gad ang lcd at chinarge sa akin, ang expectation ko kaya ako bumili nang flagship, magagamit ko siya nang more than 2 years na hindi masisira.
Samsung unsatisfied customer here, at madami na ding issue nang whitescreen sa model na ito.

Yung s21 plus ko nga 6 months pa lang blackscreen na. Di nmn nahulog and nakakareceive pa nmn ng calls. Wala sayang 57K plus

Oo nga sayang ang perang pinambili, akala mo makakabuti kapag bumili ako nang flagship phone, imagine to replace lcd is almost a cost of new decent unit.
At hanggang ngayon wala pa ding aksyon si samsung

Hi sam, already called on customer service, and sadly the agent all can say was, since my phone was out of warranty i had to pay the lcd replacement. Where is the justice sam. We believe on quality of samsung product that why we buy the unit, even it cost us to much, and beyond our budget. Then sadly after more than a year of use i had to pay another 13k for lcd replacement.
Where is the justice man.
I will understand if this is isolated case, but it so many complaint regarding white screen issue of s20's unit. Give us justicr sam

hi sir emman, i have the same issue as yours on my s20+, after i software update my phone last sept 12 i experience my screen flickering and on sept 15 my screen turns to white now i cannot use it anymore. i bought my unit last may 2020 and now out of warranty. It is very disappointing to buy flagship phone from samsung and this happen. By the way how is your phone after replacing your lcd? no other issue after replacement? Thanks.
