Hello! May problem kaya? Salamat

Hey, JayMantaz!

Aside from their suggestions, have you checked on your device's Battery Health through Samsung Members? You check your Battery Health by following the steps on this link: https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S/Check-your-Phone-s-Battery-Health-now/td-p/8468527

If your Battery Health has been considered as "Bad" already, then you may need to go to an Authorized Samsung Service Center for a check-up, consultation, or battery replacement (charges may apply with this especially if your device is out of warranty).
