Hi my uncle just bought samsung s21 ultra and his phone get super hot when using camera. Not within 5 minute the phone doest aloud to take photo because the phone is too hot. So are there anyway to fix this?
He use like not even 5 minute and the phone get too hot when open a camera app.
have the same problem with you, after I have the big complain to call center and support, they told me Samsung HQ already know for this issue and they said the problem came from the software and they will have the new firmware update for solve this problem within this month (2021, March)
