I am in Canada and using S21 ultra. But I haven't received the new Android 12 update. Anyone know why?

Its because they put it on hold after they discovered it had alot of bugs

Once they fix it will be available, trust me the bugs aren't worth the update

Yes it was put on hold for issues which somehow, im not experiencing any.

As Kaler mentioned, the update was pulled for *all* devices around mid December due to bugs.

There's no word on when samsung is going to re-launch the update in Canada, all you can really do is check daily.
