Hi,

My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra suddenly got green line. First line appeared after update software early of December 2024. Today second line appeared. So frustrated to see this line appeared even you really took care of your RM5000 plus phone. As I read here, Samsung would not repair it unless you pay them around RM1000. If this true, I think is not worth to buy Samsung phone anymore as many user reported the same green line issue. Whoever plan to get S25 Ultra, better think twice..

Samsung not repair cause your mistake update in wrong way why not give agent install for you ,because wrong update infect every software ,I have say it in my forum don't update if you don't know, let samsung agent do for you .

So, is it true due to a software update? What do you mean in the wrong way?. What are the correct way? They didn't mentioned it at update software interface. They only mention "please keep your device up to date..". Are you suggesting that we need to go to the Samsung service centre each time there is a software update?.

Totally disagree. If this is the case Samsung should stop pushing monthly update and stop advertising about supporting update for x many years if update can only be done by their agents.

I too have my eyes on other brand after the green line issue with my S21U. Ridiculous issue and I am not the kind wanting to change phone within 2 years

I dont even update my phone. Yet I still getting green + pink + white line. 

I feel very cringe whenever using my phone in front of my pals.
