Hello everyone. Not sure who can help me. I have a samsung S23 the phone is dual Sim but it seems to be locked to a network.. 
Who can help me getting this handset unlocked??

Greetings 🙋

I would like to be able to help you with that little problem, but I need to take it to a technical service so they can unblock the other network.

I have tried everything to try to unlock a phone but it always asks for money to unlock the network, nothing is free... unfortunately.
