Hi CharmaineK, are the screenshots saving directly into the Outlook folder?

Can you please check once if the Screenshots folder is available in your device. Open Gallery app > Albums tab and you can find the Screenshots folder.

Screenshots go to the Outlook Notes IF I select the Screen Capture notification. I can delete the notification without opening it but I don't need that notification enabled.

I found the resolve with Samsung Chat. Go to Settings - Apps - App Notifications - Press 3 dots - Show System Apps - scroll to Screen Capture, toggle OFF.

Screenshots already go to Gallery and phone is synced to Google Photos and OneDrive Photos. I don't need these in Outlook Notes.

I find many apps automatically enable the notifications and I have routinely disable. I didn't realize some app notifications setting is hidden under System Apps.
