Samsung Screen Protectors and Cases

I bought a S23 Ultra, a screen protector, and a case from a Samsung Store. Yesterday I left my phone on my table. I left the room to go and study for my finals. And then I heard a glass-shattering noise. The ceiling lights in my room had fallen on my phone when I was away. The screen film got torn apart with the pieces of glass. I haven't removed it yet. But I checked it and there is a huge scratches on my screen. And that's not all, there are even scratches underneath the case. I bought these to protect my phone from things like this, I trusted Samsung with the quality of their products. Maybe some of you guys will say that this is not Samsung's fault. I am not saying it is. I am just saying I wasn't expecting these products to be this low quality. If anyone is buying any of the new S24s. I advise you not to buy a case or a screen protector from Samsung. They don't deserve 45 dollars.

Yeah, mine didn't include any plastic screen protector from Samsung.

It's there. Its more like a sticker. It definitely helped me to go thru many bad scratches like nothing happened to the screen. It was one of the best thing Samsung have done.

Me and everyone i know including @RedDogRabbit who bought S23 Ultra's didn't get any screen protector whatsoever. Good that you got one, infact they should all come with one.

I bought my s23u in last October, and I didn't receive the screen protector from samsung neither. In fact, I never use screen protectors for my phones at all, and I certainly use the cases to protect my phones.

I put a Whitestone Dome tempered glass screen protector on my S24 Ultra and while its very good, it defeats the purpose of the anti-reflective screen.

Oh really? That's unfortunate. I bought it in Dubai. But now since I'm in Canada I'm not sure it'll come with a protector to my S24U

Canadian Samsungs don't come with screen protectors installed. You will need to buy it separately.

I actually bought the anti glare screen protector along with the phone.
