No warranty on both my S23 Ultra, nor my S24+ ... Both got the same problems, after less than 30 seconds in water, they both got water inside... and Samsung Switzerland refuses to repair them under warranty...

Is Switzerland selling refurbished phones??? Or are they just selling defect phones???

I've been using S series, and using my phones for snorkling since S7 ... Never had a problem... Even my S10+ that got some damage is still water resistant... While both my S23 and my S24 got damaged and completely corroded inside (weird) just after they stayed in water less than a minute (one, I took with me in the pool and realised after 5minutes only that there was water inside the cameras... the other one slided from my pocket while sitting in a river and the phone actualy stayed less than 30 seconds in the water... and the next day same case, cameras where full of moist) ...

What is it whith this? Samsung support telling me that it's not taken under warranty now... Funny thing is, they say it's because they got a hit (which isn't the case)

according to this: S23U User Manual Page 168

you can't bring it to swimming pool water or sea water

ip68 tested in 1,5m fresh water for 30 mins w/o moving the phone

and you mentioned snorkling, so good bye to your ip68

idk how lucky you was with S7 or S10+ but still please don't let your phone touch swimming pool water or sea water ever again!

i am pretty suer S24+ will state the same thing as S23U user manual
