Shout out sa SAMSUNG SM MEGALL JANBC Mobile SERVICE CENTER. 

After ilang ulit na pabalik balik for the repair of my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra na sinira ng Software Update last May 2025, they just returned my phone which is expected to be repaired - having repair quality issue.

Kasama sa binayaran ang adhesive ng back panel. Yet they returned it to me na nakaangat. I asked about it the moment they handed it over to me pero they just re-pressed it and said it's ok. Several days passed and bumuka nanaman. Ibinalik ko sa kanila and ang ginawa lang nila is to gaslight me saying "narepair naman ah" I just demanded adhesive replacement in which they said I have to wait for 5 days at mag aksaya nanaman ng oras para ibalik sa kanila. 

This is giving so much inconvenience. They are not even giving updates. Walang reply sa follow ups. Porke nabayaran na dedma na?

SAMSUNG pls let me know how can I make them accountable regarding this. Napaka nakakagigil!

Samsung After-sales is BS! I experienced that in MOA. Newly purchased (2-day-old) S24 U with camera issue...they need to open the back panel and are asking for an adhesive fee. 😂😂😂. Apple after sales is a top tier for me.

Samsung customer service is the worst ever. Kahit email mo pa si Mr. CEO, wala rin kwentang sagot makukuha mo that's why madami na lumilipat ng ibang phone brands.
