So I was charged yesterday through the Samsung store for Adobe acrobat yearly subscription. I've been trying to reach out to Samsung store to refund my money, however all attempts have been futile.
I've spoken to Adobe and they stated that the transaction is through the Samsung store, therefore they're not able to issue a refund. So I'm left to figure this out on my own.
I would love to know if there's a dedicated number I could call for Samsung store, or email. Thanks for any help
