Samsung unpacked offer

Samsung sent an email few weeks ago saying whoever signed up for unpacked event would get exclusive promo similar to s21 in Jan. I haven't gotten the offer yet. Has any1 else gotten it

I got the voucher however I don't know why they cancelled my order. Now I can't use voucher again to re order as it shows invalid.
