Samsung wallet update?

Jan 31st now and no Samsung Wallet update in Canada in my end yet.

Any1 else get anything?

They said late January...

Think they meant, that Samsung Wallet, would be available, "STARTING, at the end of January", not that it would be available to ALL the mentioned countries by the end of January.

Hadn't thought of this before, and haven't given it much thought now, but I'm wondering if Samsung Wallet could POSSIBLY need to get "cleared" by Canadian Financial Institutions, inorder to be supported in Canada? 

Last time I looked, the latest version of Samsung Wallet on apk mirror was from January 3rd..

Anyway, possible explanation, if I'm not completely out to lunch 😂

Not sure. Samsung Pay is already cleared so in theory should be fine. And not all financial institutions support it anyway

I have no specific knowledge, I just relied on information posted by Samsung regarding the deployment of Samsung Wallet
