Galaxy SWas Samsung Wallet originally set up in India?
If that's the case, I don't think that it's possible to change countries.
You may need to use Google Wallet.

Galaxy SSamsung Wallet will only work for the country where it was first registered.
If they still have Indian Credit / Debit cards, they will work, but they can't add Canadian Credit / Debit cards.

Galaxy SHi kulbeer,
Unfortunately, as suggested by RedDogRabbit for Samsung wallet, you cannot register Samsung wallet in a country other than where the phone was purchased.
Thank you RedDogRabbit.
