Hi after the update One UI 4.1 on my Samsung Galaxy S20 (Exynos), my screen seems have a line like glitch. I have lower the refresh rate but it remain the same. Still have a line that look like glitch. Is it software problem or my screen is problem?
Is it a green/pink vertical line on your screen? It just happen to my S20+ today, and it seems that this is a known issue. From the looks of it, it seems to be manufacturing problem. Some claimed it is due to the update, coincidence? no idea.
Regardless, if your phone is out of warranty. Tough luck. Service Center will only be able to replace the screen, which will cost RM 950.00. Ridiculous? absolutely, and Samsung is not bothering at all with all these issues/complaint.
