Second device got greenline

 Back in April 2023, my Samsung S21 Ultra appeared greenline without any reason. I'm forced to trade-in and bought a new S23U.

 Fast forward until two weeks ago, my sub-phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra got the exact same problem again without reason.

 Samsung Malaysia should really look into this issue as this issue upset so many loyal customers. If the same issue keep happening over and over again and no any action being taken, I don't see any reason for consumer's to being loyal to Company that can't uphold their product and service quality.

Yes I agree, I am considering another brand already, but I really hope samsung will responsible for the green line issue.

Yes totally agree, i kind of lost my confidence in Samsung now. Was very excited about the upcoming Z Fold series, but these greenlines pull me back from buying them now.

Maybe you can try going to a Samsung service center and asking about this

Untuk kes sebegitu better apply insurance scheme. Smartphone macam tv juga ...kan sensitive kena duit (coins) bertanda juga dia

Base my experience....masa tu anak2 kecik lagi....tv gantung dinding tapi owner barang taknak gantung tv tu 😂

Samsung tak ada insurance scheme macam awak kata tuh... phone tidak bercampur dgn barang lain dalam poket. Ramai yg terkena issue yang sama. After update, terus green light issue. 🙏
