Secret Recipe and Komugi App Not Working on S24 Ultra

Any ideas why is Secret Recipe and Komugi Apps not working for S24 Ultra in Malaysia?

Secret Recipe App

After opening both apps on S24 Ultra, they will show a full screen with the app logo and nothing happens, hence unable to use the apps.

Any advice to resolve the issue is much appreciated, thank you.

Same issue for me.

Unable to open secret recipe app only logo came out. But we can provide the mobile num for point but not able to redeem. Not sure why hope anyone who has solution can share
