Pixel has no UI.

Samsung has a unified and u squeeze UI with its own security threats. Read one of my last few posts there is a GOOD explanation with security example specific to oneui back in January this year that FULLy highlights and enlightens WHY OEMs with unique UI have security patch delays vs Google Pixel.

Please take a few minutes to search and read. It's helpful I guarantee you

Hello,

I have reviewed your posts and I understand your perspective. It is true that large corporations often have significant influence over individuals and their actions. I appreciate your insights and thank you for sharing them with me.

Likewise as I appreciate your frustration and the information shared to me by many others, such as @RedDogRabbit etc.

Information is helpful and any useful ans not private unique to people should be shared for all to benefit and I'm doing my part here as much as I can as this community has done for me and others. The more we do and look out for each other the stronger this community will thrive, the more Samsung will take greater look at and notice (we still don't have a Samsung Softwsre forum for example yet Samsung Members USA does), then maybe more efforts into moderators, their training and tools and access to them will grow.

Ps one this I hope Samsungfixes is
A) Samsung Members App: if Samsung continued to restrict/not supoirt international manufacturered or dedicated devices by serial nu.ber then the app SHOULD AT LEAST restrict registration of international S/N products! I've stater this in my own frustrated thread early this month falling on death Samsung staff ears as well as their upper management.

B) adjust their national warranty statement and policy to suport official internationally made products because unless it's a specific chipset used ot doesn't matter because it's Samsung products making their products. Also Samsung already accepts international products for trade-ins AND other branded devices for trade in discounts as surely theie recycling parts so if THISE have value then surely our OWN official Samsung product is have value from our hard earned dollars spent!

Cheers friend.

What is the point of buying an unlocked S24U from the Samsung website if you are unable to receive security updates in a timely manner. Especially with all the issues lately. I might as well purchase through a provider and receive some discounts for the phone instead of paying full price and receive no security patches in a timely manner. So frustrating with all the vulnerabilities out there these days. At list the Google Pixel receives a patch in a timely manner when there is a major security issue, even though their phones have inferior processors. So frustrating to pay so much money for such under rated customer support.

No he's not.
The updates come direct from Samsung. The carrier releases I believe are just approvals for big fixes that resolve issues their users experience. Such as voice quality, messaging delays hiccups new provider data network provisioning.
