Any suggestions on what I can do to stop this error or what may be happening.

Have you tried booting into recovery and doing cache wipe? I'm assuming this happened recently after an update?

You might have two Night Mode QS Tiles & One of them Crashes when you Click on it - Edit the QS Tiles Button Order & Remove the one that Crashes from the QS Tiles View (Swipe it up) - Reboot 🐧
You SHOULD also as @Vic20 said - Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache.
To Wipe Cache - Power OFF your device:
Press & Hold Power + Bixby + Volume UP until you feel the phone vibrate - Release ALL Three buttons - Wait a few seconds until you see the Recovery Menu - Use the Volume button to Scroll down to Wipe Cache - Select with the Power button - Wait a few seconds until you see the Recovery Menu defaults back to Reboot now - Select with the Power button - Done 🕊️
FYI - This is a fairly common issue with the June Security Patch OTA for the S9 series 😇
