[S23 Ultra] All settings I made, including the S-Pen are not applying when I am in Secure mode. The screen rotate disable is not applying, screen still keeps rotating. S-Pen still doing all its gimmicks like sneak peak is driving me crazy. Also please enable lens switching on 4K 60 video recording!

To make changes on your secure folder you must sign into your Samsung account.
On your device Settings, look for and select Secure Folder under Biometrics and security, and then tap Secure Folder >> Tap Agree >> If required, sign in to your Samsung account, and then tap OK >> Now you will be prompted to set up a security method like a PIN, password, or pattern for accessing Secure Folder >> Just tap Next and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your passcode and access your Secure Folder.
I can do that. I can access my secure folder no problem. The issue is the settings I made are not applying whenever I go to secure apps like secure Gallery. I disabled all the S pen features in the settings and they are all disabled whenever i'm out of the secure folder. The moment I go in, they are all enabled which in my case are very distracting that's why I disabled them.
