Shared album in gallery app error

I get the following error when trying to create a shared album. WiFi is on and verified to be working.

Gallery app are not safe for your picture anymore just need to sync with one drive/microsoft account ;)

Hi, Please perform clear cache on your phone and check if the issue still persists. To clear cache, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the app you want to clear. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
