So here we are 1 week has passed since I last posted that I still have yet to receive my shipping label so I can send my trade in. I was told by a mod here (Helenna) on my last post that my request would be forwarded to the appropriate people and here we are again 1 week later and still nothing

I have to say though, i had many Samsung phones over the years, never had any issues. I have to give them that much.
