Hi,

As somebody else has already posted this image I have the same problem. I can't choose individually sim choice for calls, phone calls, and data. I have a S22+ SM-S906 canadian snapdragon with latest updates 1 August one Ui 4.1 android 12.

( I have used this image that was posted by someone else, but my phone has the the same situation). 

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi, we recommend you to follow the given steps.
Launch the Settings app and tap Connections → SIM card manager
• Preferred SIM card: Under Preferred SIM card. You can click on it and select the Sim card you want to activate. Specify which SIM cards you want to use for specific features, such as voice calls, when there are two cards activated.
• Auto data switching: Set the device to use another SIM card for data services if the preferred SIM card cannot connect to the network.
Please check it will fix your issue. If not please write back to us.

Thank you for your response. I have already tried that. Actually my esim doesn't work (its an European data only esim). When I was there it worked perfectly, but because not having individual sim card manager separately for calls, text and data I could not have the possibility to make or receive calls from my Canadian number through my esim (wifi calling) even I have that option when I am in a wifi but not through my esim. Hi, as you are using European services, we request you to check with the carrier to see if they also provide network in Canada.

Thank you for your response. May be it's my mistake to not well explain . I was in a travel in Europe. I used Airalo service for Europe as my esim. I'm talking about options of separate sim card manager. I have seen several posts in internet that the sim card manager is separated for calls, texts and data. My sim card manager is all together, so I can't separate which sim goes for call, which goes for texts and which goes for data. I have putted esim as preferred sim and so I couldn't had support for calls in sim1 (which is my Canadian nr). Is it a Canadian software restriction? If yes, is there any hope with Android 13 to be changed? Or there is a possibility to fix it. Thanks .

Hi, we request you to generate error reports by following the below steps.

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

I was told my phone was unblocked and it will not read my sim card? I want to know if there is something I can do to resolve this and use the device?

Same issue with every samsung dual sim phones in Canada. You cannot choose call from one sim and data from another. But on google pixel you have options to choose this thing. Why Samsung why. You are on android too. Please fix this.
