I am having issues with my samsung s21 Fe with the Google playstore and the email applications, is there anyone that can help me?

Are you still with Telus? 

I would never use a Carrier's email account, simply because if you change your Carrier, you will no longer have access to your email address from a previous Carrier. 

Set up a Google account, if you don't have one & go from there.
