to any Samsung moderator, why does this work so intermittently?? why does it not work as intended?? where's the fix?? when??

yes, when unlocking device in a "Trusted Place". about 30% it works properly, other times while in my "Trusted Place" I have to use my Fingerprint (I've selected biometrics to unlock when I'm not in a Trusted Place). sometimes i have no choice and have to use my 4 digit security code.

JUST RIDICULOUS!!

Go to Settings and Search for "Location Services", and Click on it. 

Do you have "Improve Accuracy" > WiFi & Bluetooth Scanning Toggled ON?

Smart Lock is working pretty much 100% on my S20 Ultra, I'm using Bluetooth Paired devices & Location on my device.

so, I'm using only Trusted Location, my home, and works about 30%off the time. don't really have a Bluetooth at home that i could try to keep open. have to think about if I can find one & try that see if that makes a difference.

all I do know is it doesn't work properly. and, that's with the "Improve Accuracy" setting ON for location.
