spoke to live support. they did not seem too concerned. receiving same error on two separate pcs. Something about side-by-side references that are erroring.

Did you tried to uninstall smart switch app from PC and reinstall it again?

It wouldn't work on my old pc on a fresh install and I just purchased a new pc and the same error. the installer for the app is broken with newest update

i also have win 10 same issue. just spoke to an agent. was told to install some visual c++ from there website then restart the computer. then install smart switch. and now its working
