So badtrip last night, restore factore ito na pala ko Last Update hindi ko na mapindot for sure hindi nq makaka recieve ng software update, ipon palit nq ng Lcd

That's normal because of factory resetting. Details of the past software update are not available because of this.

The green line on the other hand is not normal. Only a screen repair will fix that.

Yes! Walang kinalaman yung factory reset sa updates. Yun lang S21 FE is 3 generations old. Check Samsung supported devices to see what that model is eligible to receive.
