Go to Samsung Members > Help > Submit Feedback > Bug Reports.
Select the category, frequency, and add comments (be as specific as possible).
Attach a screenshot or video showing the issue.
Make you sure the Send system log data option is enabled (without the log file we will not be able to do a detailed analysis).
