Galaxy SHi, I request you to please follow the below steps and check the device again.
Here is the path:
Power the device off.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
Navigate with the Volume keys to the wipe cache partition option and press the Power key to select.
Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.

Galaxy STry this:
- Go to Settings > Apps and Toggle ON "Show System Apps" (middle right) & Search for "Software". You should see something like this;
Click on them, one at a time & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for each of them & Reboot.
Check for Software updates again.
