Hi Fellas,
I had a network issue on my S22 Ultra and went to repair at Yorkdale Samsung Service. 
Is it normal that after repairs, they downgrade software 6.0 -> 5.1 ?
And now I can't upgrade it.

Do you have any opinion about this?

Again, I contacted technical support, and they said that I should wait for the next update 😔
Just Crazy...
I gave them android 14 and got it back as an android 13. Downgrade...

Unless you demand to speak / chat with a supervisor, you're getting flipchart trained "tech support". 

While it might take a few minutes for your device to recognize that an OS Update is available, the "learning" stuff is nonsense.

@RobertZ was correct in thinking that the reason why you got the device back with 5.1 was because of the new motherboard (I should have thought of that myself). 

I don't know if there's any truth to what someone posted about One UI V6.0 being put on hold for the S22 because of Google Play Services issue..? 

If you really want to, you could download the Firmware from Samsung using Frija & Flash it yourself with Odin.
