In all honesty Samsung is the worst when it comes to software upgrades. Apple offer all users in every country to participate in their beta programs all at the same time.
Samsung only gives a select few the opportunity to experience a new software change and its not fair. I have a S22 plus and I've not yet received the One. UI 5 update. Apple users across the globe were beta testers as soon as their operating system was functioning.
In future Samsung should offer everyone a chance to participate in betas and release the Major OS upgrade for all their consumers simultaneously.
They would have better support from the smartphone industry.
