Agree! This is annoying that Samsung doesn't support this feature.

Wrong.
Samsung Suports Spatial Audio & Hi-Res over BT (the latter using SBS codec that only Buds2Pro has that I'm aware of.

Right. I meant they don't support this feature on Sony products.

Yeah but they actively disable Android head tracking and spatial audio for other products to be worse.

How do you know this?
Can you pint to this specifically stated or proven vs parroted conjecture?
Head tracking worka woth my Jabra Elite Active 8 Gen 2's with or without the Jabra Android app.
Sorry Ive been online since BBS (the precursor to the intenret or World-Wide-Web aka the reason www exists in website addresses) - back then ppl didnt need to ask for proof because showing your source like a thesis or assignment was second nature to educated individuals whom crested and first populated the internet - and no BS was used for any reason. It made no sense. Now we have too many parrots repeating what they "heard" or "read" elsewhere because someone was made popluar by others whom have no idea why said popularity contest winner was selected in the first place; didnt backup their statemet with proof either.

Since your Sony's are not using Samsung's codec and not Samsung brand I think the option is missing in Samsung Music or within OneUI 6.x.
I've seen it daily yet my buds2pro is currently charging the menu is missing.
For your Sony's use the Sony app to enable - but unsure if it'll enable Hi Res
