stop the caller hearing me if I plug the headset and vice versa

Hi guys,

I have an issue with my Samsung s9. When I'm calling someone and I plug the headset he will stop hear me, and vice versa. I always have to end the call and re-call him while I'm plugging the headset, if i unplug it and try to continue the call he also will not hear me and have to re-call again. 

I think this issue started after last phone system update. Any advice?

If that doesn't help, then a backup with smartswitch and factory reset might help.
I would just have them plugged in before you make a call and keep them plugged in when you do 🤷
