I’m beyond frustrated waiting for One UI 7. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I feel completely ignored by the way you’re handling these updates. You’re releasing new phones with One UI 7 out of the box, while those of us with high-end models are still waiting for the update. Seriously? Is this how you treat customers who trusted your brand? This is a disrespectful joke! You promised timely updates, and all we’ve gotten are months of waiting and empty promises. I demand clear answers and the update to be pushed now, not in months or—worse—never. I’m completely disappointed, and if this keeps up, I’ll have no choice but to switch to another brand that actually respects its users. I expect an immediate response—and please, don’t give me another excuse!
