Is it better to have Google and Chrome auto sync on or off on your phone.

It is, as you can sync your passwords, bookmarks and other useful features across multiple devices.

You can also sync open tabs so your workload is smoother, if you use different devices.

Thanks. I only have one device, my S23. I was reading that having auto sync on was a reason for draining your battery. I've switched off Chrome auto sync but left Google auto sync on.
