Software is not working properly please solve my problem fastly 
Randomly hang my phone. When i use any application them show me that application is can't working i face this problem 2 week ago

What device do you have, and have you taken any steps to resolve the issue, if so, what steps?

You can try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache, that won't delete any of your files or photos, it will only remove lost fragments.

You can try Booting into Safe Mode, and see if the issue continues.. if not, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the problem. 

You could backup your device with Smart Switch, and Factory Reset. 

You could also send an Error Report to Samsung from the Samsung Members app > Support > Send Feedback.. when you click on "send feedback" it will give you the option to send an Error Report.
