Hi there, 👋 I ve been having a difficult time trying how to get my phone and messages to work on the new 5G SIM. I would be most grateful to find a solution to the problem of not being connected to the network.
Here's the message that I get when trying to make a call,

Phone your carrier and ask them as they deal with SIM provisioning.

Galaxy SHi, you can try reinsert the SIM card and make sure it is inserted correctly and restart your phone.
If still that doesn't work, we request you to contact your service provider they will help you with the SIM card issue.
