Telus is saying we get to wait a bit longer for the updates also

And this week, It's Rogers subsidiary, Fido that has their most recent update.

Rogers last updated on Wednesday the 5th & Fido updated today, the 7th.

Pretty sure that you'd lose that bet. 

Extremely unlikely to be even an hour before the 18th.

Telus is sometimes late but I can not recall one time that they were earlier than the date they said updates were scheduled to be released

One UI V4.0 was released on December 6th, but it was pulled because of some issues with Google Services. 

Some people in Canada have the update. 

But OS Update Schedules are always tentative & aren't necessarily accurate. 

You may see another update for the S21 series on the 18th as well for your device?
