Hi it's me again. Another few weeks have gone by since my last post of the terrible service I received from Samsung concerning my s24ultra phone problem and loosing all my photos. As I expected still not a word from Samsung or the so called moderator. It's been so frustrating trying to deal with the ignorance of so of the Samsung people especially the manager that I was so unfortunate to have dealt with (very ignorant and so unconcerning to my issues especially loosing all my photos). I will never purchase anything thing with the Samsung name attached to it again. Again total ignorance and very sad. Will keep hoping someone with some compassion from Samsung will contact me concerning my issues, but I doubt that will happen. They as most big companies are hoping that I will just go away, but that's not going to happen. Thanks for reading this and any of my posts.

Hi rickgregory,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As you have confirmed that your photos have been deleted, we kindly request you to check the Trash folder once. If the photos are still available there, we will be able to restore them.

Additionally, if you have enabled backup, you may log in to your Samsung account and restore the data from your cloud storage.

As I said I was told to back up my data which I did to the Samsung cloud before I did a factory reset which I was told to do by Samsung technician. It restored everything but my photos

Make sure your albums are being synced with the cloud.

Open an album and at the top you'll see the cloud. Click that to synced everything you want.

Also please if this helps you , accept it as a solution, you can click the 3 dots on my comment and click accept as solution :) 1758139131033.jpg1758139212331.jpg

You can't rely solely on Samsung Cloud. Use smart switch to backup to a computer or a thumb drive.

Regardless of should have would have, that doesn't bring back my photos and still got the problem with the phone. I pissed with the ignorance of the manager that I had to deal with regarding these issues. Totally unacceptable
