La last two software updates have been a terrible experience for me. On January 3rd was the first update that messed my WhatsApp image sharing stopped working properly... I have 40 carpets on my gallery and when trying to share an image I can only see 4. 😡. I've tried everything and nothing fixed the issue, including your technical assistance on Members.

The last update, a couple of days ago, was also a bad experience. It did not only not fixed the problem with my image sharing capabilities on WhatsApp, but now my YouTube Music app sounds like I'm playing a cassette deck on a bumpy road... the music skips and interrupts as if I was playing a record player with scratched or dirty records.

Until December of 2024 I had the Samsung brand on a pedestal of perfection... that is no longer the case. 😔

I just found something out, Santiago... the problem is the ear buds... not the phone. When I reproduce music without the ear buds it sounds perfectly; it is when I use de buds that the reproduction is terrible. What do you suggest I do?

I unpaired them and paired them back, and it didn't solve the problem. It's frustrating. 😡
